Beginning to end, consummate professionalism. As communicated, Jared arrived as expected, quickly diagnosed issue, provided clear explanation, reasonable pricing, and then fitted our project into his busy schedule within a couple/few days. Besides being personable, verifiably honest, and committed to completing the job within 2-days, the workmanship was clean, neat and overall excellent, as something you’d find illustrated in a text book. During the 15+ years in Tulsa/BA, I’ve dealt with approx. 5 different plumbing companies, and Infinity Plumbing (Jared) now holds the top spot in my experience. No close second, and that’s saying a lot because my previous experiences have been relatively good ones. Infinity Plumbing is positively the best!

Very hard worker. This was a complex project including a tankless water heater, water softener and filter. All installed in a confined space. Also worked around our needs for water during the day. Left everything neat and clean. We are well satisfied with the quality work.

I'll never use another plumber. Infinity Plumbing is high quality, dependable, so easy to work with and does the job right. I trust them completely.

Jared was very polite. Cleaned up everything after installing a faucet for 3 sinks. He made sure everything was 100% right before he left. I will not only use Infinity Plumbing again, I have already recommended this company to neighbors and family.

Another excellent visit by Jared. This time annual cleaning of warm water heater. Job was performed very professionally: on time, friendly, taking time to answer all questions, and making suggestions on general improvements.
Also impressed by the friendly staff in the office, who are very helpful/friendly/knowledgeable over the phone, and who can help with last-minute changes in appointment.
Again: I can highly recommend Jared and Infinity services

I found Jared and Infinity via excellent Google reviews. And indeed.... all good reviews were true !!! Jared did an excellent job fixing our tankless warm-water heater.
Almost more importantly, he very well explained the problems we were facing (taking the time, and not rushed) , and what to do to prevent future problems. It was clear he was very skilled and experienced on our model (we have the Navien brand). Moreover, Jared is extremely friendly, polite, and very respectful. I can highly recommend Jared and Infinity. And not to forget Marianne, who took care of my phone-calls to make the appointment, and alert me on Jared's arrival: She is very helpful and friendly, and eager to help or taking the time to explain. Looking forward to continue using this company for future work in our house!!!

I can't say enough good things about Jared and Infinity Plumbing. Besides the items above, we found Jared to be honest, quick, efficient, and very competent. It was easy to trust him, and he delivered on that trust for us. We have found our plumber and plumbing company.

Jared did a great job installing a tankless system for us. From our initial estimate to the final cleanup he was courteous, personable and professional. Communication with this company was excellent. Infinity plumbing has been very easy to work with and you can tell that customer service is important to them. I will definitely use Jared again when the need arises and I will recommend this company to others.

Jared is hands down the best plumber I have had the pleasure to work with! Jared installed a Pelican Whole House system plus Grain Softener for my husband and me. The install was the most professional and best looking work I have ever seen. I have lived various places around the country with whole house systems at each home. This was the best job I have ever seen. He also recently changed a kitchen water filter, serviced our On Demand water heater and educated us about many aspects of our new home for which he charged nothing for his time. I am very impressed to say the least!

Terrific communication, showed up when said, great work ethic, come in get the job done and gone. I personally prefer to use locally owned businesses and shun the major companies to help out the local economy. The money stays in Tulsa. These guys are on my recall list for whenever I plumbing help and you should to.

Jared serviced my tankless hot water tank and as always he does great honest work very well pleased.

Excellent expience with Infinity Plumbing. Replaced 3 toilets and installed a tankless water heater. All professionally done with no issues. Will gladly use them in the future for any plumbing needs.
Update, also used them to fix leaks on outdoor faucets. Again, excellent friendly prompt service. Will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs
